The team of our kitchen seeks every day to surprise you with new tasty dishes. We use only genuine and healthy products deriving directly from our vegetable garden or from local farmers.
Dinner begins with a wonderful buffet of salads and vegetables. The offers of our 5-course menu to choose range from the succulent specialities of the South Tyrolean tradition to the most refined dishes of Italian cuisine.
Furthermore we will delight you with different theme dinners. A special highlight is the gala dinner on Sunday and festive days with aperitif and South Tyrolean seasonal recipes: asparagus, mushrooms, chestnuts, apples and much more!
On warm days you can eat on the panoramic terrace with spectacular views over the mountains.
