Rates are per person in double room with half board and apply for stays of minimum 3 days. Otherwise surcharge of 10%.
For bed and breakfast surcharge of € 10 on the half board rate.
Single use surcharge per day 30%.
Our house features also a family apartment for 4-6 people. The apartment features two separated bed rooms, Sat LCD TV, phone, safe, internet connection, bath room with shower, WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror, and balcony; separated living room with expandable couch and furnished kitchen.

Some important information...
- Lift in the hotel
- Your booking is final if you confirmed it by written notice per post, fax or email and/or after our written confirmation.
- Unfortunately we cannot book a specific room number or etage.
- On the day of arrivalyou room is free from 2 pm. Should you arrive earlie, you can enjoy your time on our sunny terrace or in the typical Stube. If you arrive after 7 pm, please give us short notice! On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room within 11 am.
- Dogs are accepted only by agreement with their basket or blanket. Tey cannot access the dining room or sun terraces. Dog owners are lifromie for any damage caused by their animal. Price per day without food: € 12,00. When necassary, final cleaning surcharge of € 25,00.
- The bill can be settled in cash, by EC.card and credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
- In case of cancellation in the last 30 days before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure, we kindly ask you to inform us in due time: we will try to book the room for other guests. Should this be not possible, we apply the Italian legislation conditions.
- In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival we charge 10% of the bill. In the last 15 - 30 days before arrival we charge 30% of the bill and 7 - 15 days before arrival we charge the whole bill.
