Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only. A maximum of one dog per room is permitted in the “1280 Comfort”, “1280 Alpine” and “1280 Peak View” room categories. The charge is €20 per day, excluding food. Should additional or more extensive cleaning be required after departure, this will be charged separately. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining room, wellness area or on the sunbathing lawn. Dogs must also be kept on a lead throughout the entire property.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm. Should you arrive after 7:00 pm, please let us know in advance.
What time do I need to check out?
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am at the latest. Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge. To enjoy a relaxing end to your stay, you are welcome to use our wellness area on the day of departure for a fee of €20 per person.
What cancellation charges apply?
- Between three months and one month before arrival: 40% of the agreed accommodation price
- Between one month and one week before arrival: 70% of the agreed accommodation price
- Within the final week before arrival: 90% of the agreed accommodation price
- In the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the agreed accommodation price
To avoid cancellation charges in the event that you are unable to travel, arrive late or have to leave early, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
