Things to know to organize your holiday

When packing, you pay attention to what you bring. Likewise, you want to be informed about various other aspects of the holiday to make everything go smoothly. Rates and Payments

Prices are per person per night with half board in a double room, including all inclusive services and the guest card. For overnight stays with breakfast only, a reduction of € 20 is applied from the price indicated for half board.
You may request rooms 1280 Comfort and 1280 Alpine for single use with a 30% supplement.

City tax
For all persons over the age of 14, a municipal tourist tax of € 1.70 per person per night is charged. The tax is not included in the price of the stay and can only be paid on site.

Reductions for children
Our prices for children refer to the use of the room together with two adults.

Up to 2 years: € 20 per day
From 3 to 6 years: 70% reduction
From 7 to 9 years: 50% reduction
From 10 to 12 years: 30% reduction
From 13 to 16 years: 10% reduction

Confirmatory deposit
To make the reservation final, we request a deposit equal to 30% of the total booked to the following current account.

Balance of the stay
In the hotel, we accept cash payments (up to the maximum limit imposed by law), debit cards and Maestro, Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Arrival and departure

You can check-in from 2:00 pm. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 pm, please advise us.
Check out time is by 10:30 am.
Depending on availability and for a fee, it is possible to request a late check-out.

Travel insurance

In order to avoid unpleasant cancellation costs in the event of unforeseen events that force you to cancel, postpone or interrupt your holiday, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 3 months before the arrival date: no penalty
From 3 to 1 month from the arrival date: 40% of the booked total will be charged
From 1 month to 1 week from the arrival date: 70% of the booked total will be charged
With notice of less than 1 week from on arrival date: 90% of the booked total is charged
In case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked total will be charged

Parking

We provide free parking right in front of the hotel.

Meal times

Breakfast: from 7:30 to 10:00 am
Dinner: from 6:30 to 7:30 pm
Restaurant (for a fee): for lunch from 12:00 to 2:00 pm and for dinner from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Upon request, we are happy to offer lactose- or gluten-free alternatives.

Animals

With advance notice, we will be happy to welcome your four-legged friends, one per room in the 1280 Comfort, 1280 Alpine and 1280 Peak view categories. We charge € 20 per day, excluding food. If an additional final cleaning is required upon your departure, we take the liberty to charge it separately. Trusting in your understanding, we also communicate that dogs do not have access to the restaurant, the wellness centre and the deck chairs in the garden. In all areas of the hotel, internal and external, it is mandatory to keep your pet on a leash.
